Changes to bill payment system
The office of Henry County Water Co. & Henry County Public Water Supply District #3 is currently going through a new billing software conversion. The payment link is still https://hcwc.authoritypay.com. The phone number to pay your bill over the phone will now be 866-324-0624. You can also register to pay by text, and get communication about your bill through text communication.
If your bill is higher than normal you can check these things to see if you have a leak.
