Changes Concerning Credit Card Payments Made to Your Water Bill Account
The office of Henry County Water Co. & Henry County Public Water Supply District #3 is currently going through a new billing software conversion. Effective Thursday, June 13, 2024, there will be a new direct link & phone number to pay your bill. The old link & phone number will no longer be available. You will need to set up your account again, with your new account number and CID, https://hcwc.authoritypay.com. The phone number to pay your bill over the phone will be 888-615-0582.
If your bill is higher than normal you can check these things to see if you have a leak.
